Who can solve this riddle for me?
You'll always find me at the hottest clubs.
I never itch, but I like to be scratched.
I'm not an athlete, but I've set tons of records.

Neither one is right. I found this riddle on an online game and out of the twenty five listed this particular riddle has been the only one that I can't get.

I've tried billiards and related terms, golfing terms, instruments, as well as records.
They have 5 hints they offer in the nature of websites associated with composite materials, trim and siding, red cedar Brazillian redwwood, searching for an out-of-print record, and the 5th hint was looking for rare records.

    I really hate being stumped!

Sorry, but I've tried all those and still its not it.
I've put in everything I can think of concerning records because it makes sense.
What I don't get is the third hint for red cedar brazillian redwood. Seems all the other hints would point to vinyl records, out-of-print, rare, record stylus, gramaphone, etc. yet so far nothing works.

    My quest goes on!

How about just vinyl or vinal... I actually found where one spelling referred to a thorny tree from South America...

    Hah,
    That's it!

Funny, I've tried everything associated with vinyl but never used the word singularly.

    Thanks a bunch! :D :D
