Describe a network incident such as a switch port going down for example. Describe the events from the moment it happens until the operator either fixes or dispatches a technician to the site.

Include everything such as what happens at the switch, how the switch notifies the NMS, how the operator finds out about it, etc. in as much detail (point form) as possible
