I would have many many questions about doing business with someone overseas that I never met or are likely to meet. Are you sure this is legitimate? That you are not falling for some scam?

It would be helpful to know regarding what kind of business that you are intending to do.

And then, what is your question specifically? Does it involve some kind of goods or services, etc?

If it involves helping a rich Kuaiti merchant who is dying, give all his money away to charity, I am pretty sure RubyPitbull has already beaten you to it.

Ok, if you are starting a business, and you need to buy things from an import company

Or did some scam artist email you wanting you to cash checks, help import .

Hmmm. pakist. Are you looking for help from people oversees? Do you need to get some checks cashed?

You need to be careful. Dealing with people overseas is always tricky but if you do your due diligence you can have the confidence of building a good international business relationship. Please give the details of your business, what you are trying to purchase overseas, and how you found this person. Then we will be able to further help you.

Like anything else, please do your Homework like you would in your country before getting into business. I believe in meeting face to face with whoever I intend to go into business with and investigate about him/her. Make sure you retain an Attorney to apply for Business Licence for that country in your names and draft out contracts if you're satisfied with your investigations. I have done it before and it worked out just fine.
