I have to write a 400 words business letter as manager of a business firm to a goods manufacturing company about the prices of goods. I need help with the body of this letter.

A 400 word business letter may be too long.

I may be able to offer some suggestions but need more info.
It seems like this may be a school project? Either way, please let me know

-what type of business firm you're a manager of?
-what is the intent of the business letter?
a) to offer your firms products/services to the goods manufacturing company
b) to complain, or express concern about the mfr prices
c) other? Please explain
