I put videos on my mp4 player, in windows media player it says it is already on the device but when I try and watch it it says empty disk. What do I do?:confused:

I think your storage device may get corrupted try to format the decive in fat format. Add the vedio and try to play again

Make sure that the videos are in the right format for playback on your mp4.
