    Sweet pepper.. any idea to cook?
    Is there any recipe to make some good meal using sweet pepper?
    I have 3 or 4 ,and I don't like it as a salad...

    I would stuff them with a browned ground beef (and rice?) mix and bake them in a tomato sauce mixture.

    A lot of people stuff them whole from the stalk end. I prefer to cut them in half like 2 boats and mound the meat and rice mixture in the boats and top with cheese. Easier.
    (Haven't made them in YEARS but did this with big zukes last summer.)
