    question about pouring concrete
Just ripped up the floor of my second bath to replace all the pipes. The bath is on the first floor sitting on a concrete slab. In other words I have no basement and had to jack hammer and break up the concrete in order to replace the pipes. All pipes are roughed and the sand/dirt is back in place. Now I have to pour the concrete. The area is about 3x4 and about 4 inches thick. I was planning on using quick-crete with gravel. Other than that is there anything else I need to do? Should this be enough? Do I need to worry about water or cracks? In other words am I missing anything?

    Many Thanks

As far as I know, start pouring. Can't see anything your missing. The Quickcrete is fine.

Maybe post this is question in the plumbing section also so Speedball (Tom) can read this because it has to deal with plumbing and covering pipes with concrete.
