Alty has been a true friend to us. She has always stood up for the people here. To me she is a true friend. She's the kid on the playground who stands up for ones getting picked on and she tells the bully.. No More. She brightens everyone's day and even when she was sick she worries about us.

She's been through a lot in her life and she never, ever thinks of herself first. I thank you Alty for being there for all of us and we love you.Now all of you can share your feelings please.

I'm no good at expressing stuff like this. But I agree with you kit. Alty is wonderful.

This one is easy... I agree with everything that you have said Kit. We have many friends here and she is definitely one of them.

Even though she writes with a lot of comma splices and tosses commas around like they are birdseed during a wedding recessional, Alty's a good speller and knows how to subtly squeeze the humor out of a word or phrase. Also, she said she will take me grocery shopping with her and reach the stuff on the high shelves for me. She can't be gone for too long 'cause she promised. Yes, she did. She PROMISED! Make her take me shopping!

I want to agree with post #1 and #2, but the buttons are missing.
She makes AMHD seem alive.

I know you are a true friend to her J. I just wanted to make her feel better.. she's a real inspiration too me.. but so are you:)

Alty has been like that Awesome Aunt who I can tell anything since my very first post. She just says it like it is and has the most amusing sense of humor. I definitely look up to her as a role model for sure. :)I've grown quite fond of her. I KNOW she will be back. :) She has too much fun on here.

Thank you Kit for starting this thread... I think that she will be pleased with everyone's responses!

The one thing that I like about this site, is that everyone seems to back each other up and that it is like one big happy family.

Alty was one of the first people who had befriended me. I thank her for that. She is very smpathetic and understanding to other people and that's EXACTLY what this site needs. Keep it up Alty! :)

If you read this Alty you know how I feel ;)

I think if Alty were to disappear her contirbution on the many boards would be sorely missed. I consider her a friend on the board and we have many areas where we just agree to disagree but the respect remains. I for one am glad she understands what that really means because without it we all lose. And sometimes the only way to educate is to open the lines of communication on opposing thought. Don't get me wrong we also agree on many many things. So I hope she will return shortly and realize that she was missed dearly.
