Vanadium is widely distributed in the earth's crust at an average concentration of approximately 100 mg/kg. So, basically, no. Concentration is too small to be directly impacted by a pinpoint flame. In an enriched ore, it might change but I would think nothing substantial. It is listed as a commonly found element in water.
