That is of course not a African name (normally) so if they are a foreigner, you can contact the embassy for their nation, and see if they have registered any contact info.
Example, I live in China, I register my location with my embassy, for emergency.

IE. I have been to Ghana, many times, no you are not going to find them. Even if they were a real person, if you do not have contact information, where they work, other address.

Why bother? It's nearly impossible, and very expensive, and probably a SCAM.
