What all is involved in mounting a toilet flange to rough in on conrete? Thanks in advance!

It is very unclear on what you are wanting to do. Are you just wanting to add a flange, or are you roughing a complete bathroom. Is your plumbing a metal orplastic material. Give more information and you will probably get some answers.

We need the type of material in the pipes and flange. Inside or outside flange? 3 or 4 inch? Is there a styrofoam closet wrapper around the stub-up so a outside closet flange can be used? Regards, tom
