Sound went out only year old

If it is less than a year old, you can get it serviced under warranty.

If over a year, it might not be worth servicing. It could be either your main board or your speakers (assuming it is indeed the TV). If it is your main board it will be a little expensive to have serviced.

Also try unplugging the TV for a bit then plugging it back in. Test other inputs to be 100% sure that it is the TV and not your source (so also try connecting something else you know works).
