    Why does my amethyst rock seem to get hot when I hold it?
    When I hold my Chevron Amethyst rock in my hand for a long time, it seems to get hotter than my hand, sometimes quite hot. Can you tell me why this happens? It seems to me that it shouldn't be able to get hotter than 98.6 degrees! Thanks! :)
