So I wanted an answer from someone who knows for sure what the legal age to drink in Quebec is. I heard that it is still 18, but I am aware that some have changed the age to 19 Please let me know.

Ontario is indeed 19. I moved to Atlantic Canada. Age here 19 all 'round.

I'm in New Brunswick, just 5 minutes away from the Quebec border. Nice place, I can shop in both provinces on the same day.
