    Parental Alienation
I have been alienated from my 3 beautiful children for what will soon be three years now. We went to court last June 2007, and my duty counsel, in her brain work, somehow managed to convince me to sign off on custody to my ex-wife, but left the issue of access to my children as "Silent" (she and the judge both told me it could be re-visited in the future). Regardless, even when we were supposed to have joint custody (from 2004 -2007) she did not allow me to see or speak or communicate with my children.
IT is very complicated! Every time I tried to go see my kids, she just called the Police, they told me (even though) I had my separation agreement in hand, to simply go home! Nothing they could do?? Now she refuses to take my calls, or answer emails, her Lawyer (who challenged me to a fist fight in at his office) won't even take my calls.
Can I take her to court for access, and if so, should I expose her child-abuse (Parental Alienation), if so, will it help me to gain access and possibly full custody?
    Lost without my children :(

The court will not see parental alienation as abuse. You need to get a lawyer and go to court about it anyway though. If you have a good relationship with your kids it could likely end up with them resenting her for keeping you away when they grow up. Make sure if and when you do see your kids you assure them that you do love them and she has been doing everything she possibly can to keep you from seeing them.

Request a modification of the prior order. 12string writes: "her Lawyer (who challenged me to a fist fight in at his office)". Where was yours? If you can't hire a smarter lawyer, then hire a bigger one.
