I bought a 52" Dual Mount Cailing Fan,Style No. 21082 white/polished Brass.
I have a part missing, The hanger Bracket wasn't in the box.How can I get this part? Putting fans in all the rooms and this is the last one to hang.Its fig.#5 in the owners manual.

1. Take the fan back to where you purchased it, and ask for a replacement

2. look at the instruction sheet that came with the fan. It should have a customer service name and number
