Are Melalueca products healthy for people?

Probably getting a recommendation off the Internet on product safety is not your best path. I know some people who swear by their products and they bought or merged with that vitamin company years ago. So do your research, talk to qualified people, and come to a conclusion. Hey I used to have an aerosol can from Amway that was bar none the best spot remover on the planet. A piece of me died the day it shot it's last squirt.
