Why we feel vibrations during astral projection?

Because that is HOW we project astrally, by changing our vibration. It is only normal that we would NOTICE the vibrational change.

Is this is why our auras are open at that time when we project.
Most of the time when I project I sweat at lot and feel vibrations .Sometimes they are so vigrous that I feels like my heart is going to be stop, unknown fear, fear of death ,fear from fall from an altitude ------- will you help me out to conqure this fear.

I hate when it happens :(

I think conquering fear is our biggest hurdle in life.
It is the ONLY thing blocking advancement at any time.

I try to ask myself "What is the worst thing that can happen?" when I am scared. That usually makes me think a little clearer. "What am I actually scared of?" is another good question to ask yourself.
First of all I think it is totally awesome that you can project... at will?
I can't. It's usually just a stroke of luck when I do. I am trying to learn to do it at will. That's usually when fear comes into play. And I am not a fearful person. I preach no fear! I fear not death which is but a transition, a birth, an awakening into a different reality. I (think) I actually look forward to that. I HOPE that I will be aware that indeed that is what is happening.
The ego resides in the body. It is the driver while in physical reality. When the ego is pushed back and the higher spirit is more in focus then we can appreciate astral travel. The ego (the personality that is you) can only deal with what it perceives as real, physical reality. I think that when the ego comes forward that is when we remember astral travel and experience fear. When we zap ourselves back.
I am sure we spend much time out of our body but just don't realize it.
At any rate, I am certain that life is not limited to what we see and hear and feel here on earth and I am certain that we have other experiences in other realities and there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason to fear ANYTHING.
The universe is a safe place.
We create our own reality.
And in knowing that then we know that we create our own demons.
I'm certainly not going to let my imaginary demons get me!!
I think I am stronger than they are! LOL

Hey, the more comfortable you are WHERE you are then the less fear there is. I thought that by explaining about how it is that would make you more familiar with understanding and therefore eradicate some of the fear you have. When you come to know certain things then you will let go of the fear.
To specifically answer your question:
During the projection start at the beginning of any feeling of fear by immediately doing something that you are afraid of. If it is falling then jump into the air and fall. If it is dying then prepare to die. This is the only way to conquer fear: learn not to be afraid. Jump right in.
