I want to detox from methadone as an out patient in Sarasota, fl I can not find anyone or anywhere. Any suggestions?

My only suggestion is doing this as an in-patient. Detox from pretty much everything is a medically supervised process where things like vital signs have to be monitored and prescription medications administered to help you through the process without suffering unnecessarily. This cannot be done on an outpatient basis.
