My question is about blood pressure I have a friend that is a male he is 55 years old and has a blood pressure of 145 over 101 what should I do

They need to cut out all salt, all fast foods. They need to start an exercise program, at least walking 30 minutes each morning and evening.

Also if they drink, stop all drinking, and also all soft drinks.

What should YOU do? I would say you can do little or nothing. Its up to him. While that BP is on the high side, I wouldn't consider of immediate concern. But it could be symptomatic of other things.

By all means suggest that he see his doctor.

You can only suggest he get himself checked and make some changes to his habits. Or buy a bat and threaten him with bodily harm if he doesn't get checked.
