I've been using commercial tissue for my bathroom can we flush tissue? What happens?

You mean tissue as in facial tissues? If so, then you should generally not flush them. Toilet paper is designed to basically fall apart after several hours in water. Facial tissue won't do that, so it can not only cause clogs, but is a problem of sorts for sewage treatment plants.
