    Just mad at Dell
    Not really anything anyone can do, but I am just so mad.

    Dell was suppose to have someone to my office yesterday, well they called, couldnot make it to last night, they would come to my house.

    Then they called, could not make it, they would be at my office this morning.

    Now they called again, well can';t make it today, but will tomorrow afternoon.

    My opinoin of dell at this point is below zero.

    Well did not make me fell a lot better but I needed to fuss to someone and dell sure was not listening, left me on hold for 20 minutes when I tried to call in and complain.

    What a drag. I hope they show up for you soon, Chuck!

    I think I could go longer without heat or a/c in my home than I could without one of the computers.

    Sorry to hear about your flight.

    Dell's product margin is so thin that they probably have to make it up by compromising in service.

    Well it is my laptop, I went completely wireless last year. I have a laptop, my wife has one, and my son has one.

    But mine is used for work and for pleasure. It still works sort of, I am suing it now, but the cap log and the (letter after y) since I can't use it.

    They are going to put an entire new keyboard on it.

    It seems if you were on the list for Wed, that Thur they could get to you, but not to even call. I have explained to them that almost nothing at this point will make me happy. If they are not there first thing in the morning, I am going to sue at least the tech for my lost time, don't want to be that way, but that may get their attention, or at least put me on their s... list.
