    Hi Benn11,
Can you provide more details steps to solve the error message? I'm having the same error message each time when I on the laptop. Fyi, I had tried search many solutions through web. Unfortunately, I found my registry editor also been having "disable by administrator", by the way I'm log in as administrator.

    Please help! Thanks!:)

just go into the registry and search for rvhost.exe then you will find a value with explorer.exe and rvhost.exe. Then just remove rvhost.exe by editing the value
