I have a problem with chilled water, the water is getting brown, I put a chemical and filtration system in the small loop. But couldn't help much, can I put a filtration system for the chilled water I mean in the man line I putted the system?

We had the same problem and had a "reverse osmosis" filter system installed. Seemed to work.
