Fees in England are too high for me, what other options is there? What would be the best University to go for? Where can I find more information? I'm looking for achieving the bachelor's degree.

Social or medical anthropology? Best universities for either are in England, and you get what you pay for. However, touch and go for universities in Germany, France or Italy because they are not posted as teaching in english, although some do.

Investigate universities in India for your bathchelors. Not a bad place to study and they teach in english. This is the best I can suggest.
