    Organic Zinc & Inorganic Zinc
What is the difference between organic zinc and inorganic zinc ?

Organic zinc is simply normal zinc atoms/ions that has been chelated or otherwise bound in an molecule. Zinc bound this way would more properly be termed "organometallic".

If you're talking about dietary differences, there aren't any. Once these zinc species hit the stomach acid, they're pretty much zinc chloride.
