    Mom,

Ok lets see about some other things.

Is this a new instllation or has the machine been moved for any reason lately?

You should have a "drain/spin only button on there. If you select this option does it try to drain the water? Do you hear any noises during this operation?

Is there any water at all coming out of the drain hose?

Are you going to be able to take things apart and test them to find malfunction?

Yes I do have a drain/spin button and yes I have tried to push this button and it does drain the water but not compkletely. Yes I do hear the motor running and an error reading on the screen reads H F & F02 blinking off/on. My husband says he thinks that it may be the motor. Please help us I really need to get this fix right away but on a budget.

    Thanks,

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.
