What type of fluid goes in a 1998 vw jetta manual transmission?

I'm not completely sure, but it will be a heavier weight gear oil. I know some manuals take something like 20/80 gear oil. I know its not usually as heavy as the gear oil used in the rear axle in pickup trucks.
