I had my shoulder completely reconstructed except for the rotator cuff due to a completely severed tendon (heartbank repair) I was wondering if I could ask my doctor for steroids or something similar to help promote muscle growth. It has been 3+ months since the surgery and I wouldn't begin use of steroids until I regain full motion again? Thanks and I'm a 22 yr old male who has lost 30 lbs since the surgery
