3 significant issues have already come forward during the audit according to State Senate President Karen Fann .
1. Maricopa County has refused to hand over numerous routers covered by that subpoena
2.Omissions, inconsistencies, and anomalies relating to Maricopa County's handling, organization, and storage of ballots, including a lack of chain of custody documentation as well as "a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots contained in a batch and the total denoted on the pink report slip accompanying the batch."

3. The deletion of an entire database from a county election machine. Data from the machine "suggests that the main database for all election related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed" from it. “We have recently discovered that the entire ‘Database’ directory from the D drive of the machine ‘EMSPrimary’ has been deleted,” Fann wrote on Wednesday to Jack Sellers, chair of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. “This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena.”
Fann wants Maricopa County officials to meet with her Tuesday to answer for these issues.
