As far as I'm aware you can't stop your bread going soggy, you could always have the tomatoes separately to eat while having your sandwiches or just put them into the sandwiches at a later date.
You could also try lightly toasting the bread first, or put the tomatoes on the inner part of the filling not touching the bread.

This is too easy I want a harder question. Everyone knows just add cherry tomatoes to your sub samwitch. ( taps belly and swirls top of me head) everyone play along!
