3 phase 3 wire 240v old system all 3 phases to ground
I had to put a 5 jaw meter securely back on pole it's a 3phase 3 wire 240v no ground from transformer. So Pg&e shut of power I secured box and tested from ground to all 3 phases and got continuity. How and why is this possible did something get damaged in the transformer? When energized will it put power in all of my panels. Please help no one has even come close to helping me

    how did you measure continuity?

    where are you?
    are you a licensed electrician?
are you sure this is 240V 3-phase? That is very unusual...
Are there transformers on the pole? How many?
