Who are they, citizen of what nation? If US citizen there, you contact the US embassy. If it is something illegal, or missing persons, you cantact their police dept like anywhere.

Why are you all trying to find people from Ghana? I can try to look up information if they are scammers. I think I did find them. But I need more information because I do not just give peoples information out due to confidentiality.
