So recently I have had this developing looking infection that has little mini black dots maybe like 10 and it's spreading to my toe. It's not on my nail it's on the bottom of my foot by my toes. Any suggestions on how to stop it? I've tried alcohol and once I was trying to take the mini skin off it and it started bleeding... Any suggestions on how to stop the infection? Bleeding has nothing to do with it because it's only happened once and it was by accident cause I was trying to stop the infection somehow. Someone help!

Sounds like fungus Apple, which is not really an infection. You should pick at anything like that on your skin. Go to a doctor and have it properly diagnosed and done with.
