What would? Choose one that would have a positive solution.
My frustration would be if too many customers need help at the same time.
Where are you getting these questions? This is your second post regarding a theoretical interview. You admit you have no experience for the job. Our answers might help you get the job but then what?
I was thinking angry customers. But yours is better, thanks! The good thing could be that many customers in queue actually a motives me to do more work quickly.
I did the interview before but failed because I prepared for other questions but not those that were asked. The company is hiring about 1500 customer service consultants because it expanding. The company is Sutherland Global Services. They said I must research the question because they are going to give me a second chance. They will train us.
You could find another coworker or two to help you. Or do a triage-type thing, taking the easiest questions and asking customers with tough problems to wait until you get rid of the easy ones. BUT those tough-problem customers may already be angry, so getting coworkers to help would be better.
Thanks again, you're the best!
Ok, I will.
Lol, no:-D
Wondergirl, I didn't get the call back, unfortunately. But I did get an internship from another organization. Thank you all the same for helping me.
Ok that you and I will. The internship is just for 1 month
I meant thank you
