Attaching wood to a chain link fence
To attach a dog-ear fence piece to a chain link fence using
An electric conduit clamp. The clamp fits over the top rail
And is secure by wood screws. Trouble is I am on the wrong side
I would have to go on my neighbor’s property. How can I line up the
Holes on the wood, so they go into the holes on the clamp??

Have you merely asked the neighbor to allow you access to work on your fence.

Who owns the fence and how many pieces do you want to attach

The person who wants to attach the wood owns the fence. Just a few pieces.
The property behind the fence belongs to the synagogue.Chuck may be correct.
    Thanks just checking

When I did my wood fence attached to my chain link I asked for permission to go on their property and also gave them the right to finish the side facing them.

Just be careful not to do any damage when working on their side.

    Good luck

    Chuck
