Can I remove the rotational limit stop on a Delta shower faucet?
I have a new Delta shower faucet. I adjusted the rotational limit stop as far "hot" as it will go, but still not getting full hot water. Can I just remove this piece?

Manufacturers are mandated to install the "anti-scald" stops on every faucet. What it does, it prevents kids and elderly from getting scalded. Yes, you can remove it. It will not affect functionality of your faucet - except that you will be getting more hot water.

    Hope that helps

I agree with Milo. Most people, remove this at the time of purchase. Good luck, Tom
