    I need to print both even & odd pages in bookfold, but only even print
    Church bulletin layout set to book-fold, legal paper, settings are good, but when I print only even pages print. I have rebooted the computer as well as the printer.

    Recheck your PRINTER settings, and use the preview feature to verify.
