I am 16 years old. I was out going somewhere without my parents knowing. I was in an Uber and my driver got into an accident. I am not hurt. Three different officers took down my name, number, and address. Will my parents be notified and/or will we get a notice about it in the mail? I really don't want my parents to find out.

You have far bigger things to worry about than just your parents finding out that you went out.

Most likely you will have to testify in court, as a witness, if it goes to civil court and also possible if they fight a ticket.

So a nice officer will come up to your home to serve you. (possible)

Also both sides from the insurance company most likely will be calling your home to ask for information.
