I'm 19. I have very small breasts and I even till now feel pains if something or someone hits me mistakenly just like a little girl who is just growing her breast. I don't know if it's because of the size. But now I'm thinking of enlarging them and don't know if it is advisable. Please help me out. Thanks.

Pain has nothing to do with how small they are. It's time to visit a doctor to check into this.

(Small breasts are good. You don't want big ones. Big ones will majorly limit what clothing you can wear and look good in.)

You need to see doctor or you might doing some physical activity that putting stress on your upper body. I will suggest don't go for enlargement.
