    Hi Helpme

Unless you are wearing a monitoring device then they DON'T know if you leave the state. That is, of course, unless in the other state you:

    Get in an accident
    Get a ticket
    End up hospitalized
    Get arrested...
    That kind of stuff

    OR

They call to check up on you
They drop by to check in on you
    Someone reports you...
    That kind of stuff.

    You get the idea.

Basically, the question to ask yourself is if it is worth getting caught violating the terms of your probation... are you willing to deal with the consequences should you get caught (somehow)?

If the answer is NO, you are not willing to deal with the consequences, then you DON'T leave the state... period.

Have you tried discussing this with your PO?

    Good luck!

    Mark

Normally what happens, they see something on Facebook, or someone who is mad at you reports you
