Lying on Federal complaint answer, lying to EEOC
My question involves court procedures for the state of:
    Indiana/federal
I am suing a govt. agency. They lied profusely in EEOC investigation. I couldn't prove it then. Got copy of investigation record and then KNEW I could prove a few lies, trust me on that. I filed the complaint in fed. Court and they lied numerous times again. But, their atty. Didn't bother to get a copy of investigation. The complaint answer directly contradicts a couple of major material statements given in EEOC investigation. Now the record has been admitted in court. The lies are officially on record now. I think their atty. Knows he got stuck with a lying client and a bum case. How badly does one not want to get caught in court lying? What legal oibligation does their atty have in fed court when he finds out his client has lied profusely? How can I pressure for a settlement? I will be your friend forever.

    Hello r:

If you don't have a lawyer, and the government does, you'll NEVER pressure them for a settlement, and you'll NEVER win.

    Am I still your friend?
