About 3-4 months ago I series of 3 dreams over the space of a week about watching animals getting killed in a horrid and public manner. In my dreams I tried to stop them an was shouting and crying but nothing worked, it was all too late. I couldn't work out what the dreams stood for but then last night I had another dream. I was walking through a farm With my friends/family and a man on the farm said I could take his dog with us for the day. On walking back and then giving the dog back, the owner was yelling at the dog etc, so I asked to buy him, but then I noticed there were people killing sheep and cows in the fields laughing and slicing the stomachs out. Doing down right inhumane things. I tried to yell at them to stop, but before I could go over I woke up.
In all of these dreams I never help them animals, and they're so realistic I'm always waking up with tears and shaking after I've had one. I can't think of anything in my life that has caused anything like this or is reflecting. Just wondering is someone knows anything that could help me understand a bit more about them. Thanks!

You should not take literally what you see in dreams. There is a aspect of your life in it. What is it? You know it. Are you dealing with some issues in real life where there was no one to help you. Or is there any one you wish to be side on but can not. Animals can not speak for themselves, so are there any unspoken things you wish to share or reveal.

Thank you for replying so quick. There's not a lot been going on in my life, just mainly work & socialising with friends. I have a few friends in relationships and know of them or their gf/bf cheating but know I could never say anything, but don't know if that could cause such dreams?

There is no meaning behind this. It's a dream. When you wake up feeling like it's because it was a very vivid dream... nothing more.

So you know your friends cheating or getting cheated. Being adult don't interfere with others lives but being friend will you tolerate someone getting hurt. Will you like if friend of yours know something like this about you and still hides? If it's hurting your principles, share it.

Thanks for both advice! Maybe it is just nothing, but at the same time I know them cheating has been on and off my mind a lot, so even though it might be unrelated it has made me pick my brain over my heart in by not saying anything. I think I know deep down in all relationships I'd just get the blame one way or another & they'd all end up staying together anyway, so best left unsaid. Thanks though guys! X

smkanand is on to something it is about your empathy for others problems, dogs - instinctual quality in yourself, people slaughtering animals can mean you are feeling people are taking advantage of something in some way, or going against your principles, wishes or something against you.
