Friend is 81. She faints but won't go to dr. BP?

There are dozens of reasons, they need to see the doctor

Agree, needs to see a doctor.

Only a doctor can properly diagnose her and find a solution to her fainting.

Blood pressure, blood sugar, medications, heart condition, etc. As was said, numerous possibilities, so doctor visit is in order.

If you are around, and it happens again, call for an ambulance so she may be more likely to get checked out.
