    Living in different states
    My husband and I live last year in different states but we want to file our taxes together..
    /California and Florida/... how do we do that?
    I appreciate any help

    Assuming your are residents, then you can always file married filing jointly. Florida does not have income tax. So you will only file CA state return. On CA return, report income earned in CA that is you won't report Florida income of the other spouse.

    Which form should we file, and to which address we should send it to the Florida one or to California?

    Again, there is NO Florida state income tax, so you need send NOTHING to the state of Florida.

    If you file jointly, put one address on the return (either one will do) and mail it to the IRS office designated on the website (Internal Revenue Service) for that address.

    You mail the California return to the Franchise Tax Board.
