    Weight Gain!
This question is also under Other (Health & Wellness):

OK, let's see. I'm 5'10", 100 lbs, and have a very hyper metabolism. I'm 28 and have tried things like protein shakes/mixes with other meals, milk, bananas, etc. People tell me a lot, but I am getting no results. Does someone out there know of something that really can put weight on this body of mine? Of yea!. I'm very active, too. Also I'm unemployed, so I don't have a lot of money... :) If anybody out there can give me some real advice, please do so. Thanks!

p.s. It's pretty hot and humid here, too.

All you need to eat is chicken, beef , eggs, pasta and bread and before you go to bed eat as many peanut butter sandwhiches as you can and when your not doing drink beer instead of protein shakes or water. The carbos from the pasta and bread will pack on weight, while the proteins from the chicken and beef will give you enery when you are active. This should raise you a few pounds, I have the same type of metabolism you catabolize more than you anabolize there's also another way which is cheap and that is anabolic activators there are some good ones on the market which aren't considered true roids , but if you want to play it safe work out, become a high protein/ high carbo food eating machine and also try to take glutamine pills before you eat and for a bedtime snack have a beer and pbj Hopefully this works out for you this is how I gain my weight so it's the best advice I can give

    Weight Gain!
hey there was a good article in flex magazine that said try eating 10% above your basal metabolism during the week and double that on the weekends. So body weight x 14 should be your basal metabolism example your weight 100x14 =1400+140 you should burn 1540 add on calories burnt doing cardio and weight lifting. If you are a hard gainer I wouldn't even do cardio so at the minimum eat around 1600 cals and on the weekends 2800. I used creatine and gained a decent amount of weight

Dude if you don't have a lot of money, and that your really skinny I have a good way for you to gain weight go to McDonalds everyyyyy dayy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a week and I guernetee that you get lazy, as well as your matabolism and you gain 15 pounds of weight but if you want to do it different hit the weight room and get protein drinnks they won't work if you don't lift just to let you not and not circuit I mean Hardcore power lifting get some muscle man
