I NEED to lose some weight, I'm 12 am quite tall and REALLY want to get fit for the summer. Any free weight loss regimes?

You are not going to do anything in 2 weeks, you can start a program if you are in need and help over a few months.

What is your height and weight. What type of exercise programs do you do now. Are you watching what you eat.

Hit the treadmill... do not lift weights, cardio (running) will reduce your size... lifting weights will only make you gain more muscle which will lie under your fat
