    Hi, cleaninghands!

What you would charge would depend on many factors, not just how much square feet is involved.

What specifically would you be doing, please? Also, would you be doing the work by yourself?

There is a person on this site by the name of Stringer. He owns a very large cleaning company in the Chicago, IL area. He is one of the best that the industry has to offer! I'll alert him to your post. That is, unless he finds it before I alert him.

    Thanks!

    Thanks again Clough.

Cleaninghands Clough is right many factors are involved in pricing.

First please tell us what type of building; medical, warehouse, retail, industrial, general office/s, etc.

Does the building have a lot of volume (people); more use, more people, more cleaning...

Intense cleaning; how many washrooms, lunchrooms, labs, clean rooms, etc.

What type of floors; percentage of carpet, different types of hard floors (VCT, marble, composite, wood, etc).

You can figure your price using square footage however these item listed above are important factors.

What city/state are you in as pricing varies across the country.

Please come back and give us more to work with.

    Thanks,

    Stringer
