Hi, I'm a 20 year old male.
About two weeks ago I noticed a faint darkness on the top of my hand right above my knuckles. They look like two brown circles one the size of a dime and the other the size of a nickel. The spots grew slightly darker in the last week and now are really noticeable. They look like bruises but I know they are not. I also have one of the same looking spots on my other hand on top of my middle finger.

They are definitely not moles I have not been exposed to sun recently. The spots are not raised, they are flat with my skin.

Should I get this checked out by a doctor?? Does it sound serious? These are not the symptoms of cancer are they? Please let me know as soon as possible.

If they are round, then they probably aren't cancer. But, any change in your skin like you have described should be checked out by a dematologist.

Oh god, I just read the thread and everything he said is what I have

I am 20 years old, I have two brown spots between my thumb and index finger (I noticed this yesterday and thought it was a bruise)

But today I woke up and saw the same looking brown spot on my middle finger and I know it was not there yesterday.

I know it is not a bruise because I don't feel pain and haven't done anything that will cause a bruise on my hand.

I have these damn brown spots too, not sure what they are, maybe I should stop cracking my knuckles or something. One thing's fore sure, we're dead men

That's weird. And I'm being serious.
I'm also 20 and I have faint brown spots above my right middle knuckle, and on my index and middle finger on my left hand. They look just like bruises, but they're not.

Im 19 about to turn 20 in a couple days also male,I have this two cirlce spots on the top of my had wich I got out of no were two weeks ago, appeared over night and look like bruises but they don't hurt or itch in any way there seems to be a 3rd circle spot right next to the other two like wanting to form,but I goes away then comes back half way over night then it goes away again unlike the other two. Idk if I should worry ,I think is the sun but I'm just not sure .anyone have a good answer?
