I have PCOS. Is chromium good or bad?
 I am now 22 years old and was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries when I was 20. I am currently looking for a good multivitamin to take, so I looked online. Then I asked my doctor. She told me to make sure the vitamins I take DO NOT have chromium in it, something about it could raise my insulin levels, which can cause diabetes. So, I researched it AGAIN online, and now I'm hearing that chromium is good for people with pcos. Then, I've read that it's bad... then good... then bad... I tell you, it's so hard trying to find the right multivitamin I want, with out chromium. I've tried viactiv for 3 months, which had no chromium, but it didn't give me any energy like it said it would. Anyway, can you give me some opinions, some advise? I don't know what else to try. Thanks
